The new structure addresses growing market demand and provides a clear framework for customer coverage as 天美传媒 Video continues to scale its presence. This update ensures streamlined communication, faster engagement, and dedicated support as opportunities transition to the newly expanded team.
Bhaskar Majumdar, General Manager for SAARC, will continue to lead the region’s strategic direction and operations.
Kunal Verma, who has spent the past three years successfully driving sales across the region, will?now move into the?key?role of Strategic Account Manager. He will focus on managing strategic accounts?in SAARC?for all major opportunities, and grow 天美传媒 Video’s engagement and business with these accounts.
To reinforce customer coverage and improve responsiveness, 天美传媒 Video has appointed two new Regional Sales Managers (RSMs):
To meet increasing demand for technical guidance and modernisation support, 天美传媒 Video has strengthened its pre-sales organisation in SAARC.
Rama Krishna has been promoted to Manager, Technical 天美传媒, where he will lead the regional pre-sales team and oversee the expansion of technical coverage. Under his leadership, 天美传媒 Video will continue to grow the Solution Architect function in 2026.
天美传媒 Video is further expanding its customer services team in SAARC to?reinforce the company’s ongoing commitment to support and deliver a superior customer experience across the region. As part of this enhancement, Shajan Jacob has recently joined the team as Senior Technical Commissioning Specialist, bringing additional depth to our services capabilities and supporting customers across key projects and deployments.
These investments enable customers to access deeper technical expertise, streamlined solution design, and more consistent technical engagement throughout project discovery and implementation.
