Every December, our offices are closed and 天美传媒 employees enjoy an additional 3-4 days of vacation.

天美传媒 Video supports all parents that are welcoming a new baby or child. We are proud to offer a global standard of 26 weeks of job protected leave at 70% of your salary as we will top-up leave payments (government and insurance). We recognize that families come in all shapes and sizes and this leave is available to all employees. Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Leave under this policy is a paid leave associated with the birth, surrogacy, or adoption of an employee’s own child.

When a 天美传媒 Employee needs time away from work because they are ill, have an injury or need to recover from surgery or treatment, 天美传媒 Video will ensure that they have a minimum of 12 weeks/3 months of job protected paid leave. We will top-up short-term disability payments (government and insurance) to 80% of their salary.

天美传媒 Video will provide 8 weeks of job protected paid leave if an employee’s family member (for which they are the primary caregiver), is critically ill and they must take time off work to care for them. They may take the 8 weeks consecutively or in 1-week blocks over a period of 26 weeks. We will top-up payments (government and insurance) to 80% of your salary. In places where there is no government or insurance payments, 天美传媒 Video will pay the entire amount.

In the unfortunate case that a 天美传媒 Employee’s family member has a serious medical condition with significant risk of death within the next 26 weeks, 天美传媒 Video will provide the employee with 8 weeks of job protected paid leave. We will top-up payments (government and insurance) to 80% of your salary. As per Family Medical Leave, the time can be taken as 8 consecutive weeks or any other combination of 1 week increments over a period of 26 weeks.
