Ottawa, Canada, November 16^th, 2021 – At a pivotal point in the expansion of 天美传媒 Video’s manufacturing facility that employs almost 275 people, the company is being honored with the 2021 Green Award of Excellence from the Municipality of South Dundas. The award recognizes a dedication to the environment and was presented to CEO David 天美传媒 yesterday, Monday, November 15^th.

天美传媒 Video has a comprehensive sustainability policy that commits us to reducing our environmental impact in different ways, starting with the design of products that have smaller physical footprints and are more energy efficient. We also strive to be an industry leader when it comes to the carbon footprint of our supply chain, including materials, packaging, and transportation. As an example, we select less energy-intensive and more environmentally friendly materials wherever possible, working with suppliers and customers to reduce the impact of our operations.

The recently announced $15 Million expansion of the 天美传媒 manufacturing plant will include many green features, including charging points for electric vehicles and greater use of renewable energy sources, all designed to contribute to the company’s goal of being a net-zero carbon emitter by 2030. At the ground-breaking ceremony earlier this year, CEO David 天美传媒 reaffirmed his commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing. “I am extremely proud to be breaking ground on our factory expansion. This event combines our commitment to my hometown of Iroquois, a low carbon footprint green facility, and a major increase of our manufacturing capacity to serve our growing global customer base.”
